Congratulations to all of our squad who attended the British Open Karate Championships at Grundy Park Leisure Centre in Cheshunt.

Lucy took the Silver in the Ladies event.
Marjan took the Bronze in the 10 to 15 years category.



Alex Williams won silver in the individual Kumite event.
